Zoë has nurtured her passion as a community organizer since before graduating high school, seeking to engage her fellow humans on this level throughout travels and curiously unexpected career developments. Zoë's greatest inspiration is to encourage growth and revolution through spiritually activating communal experiences, engaging her community in spiritual activism through event production and personal development. She has devoted herself to this mission, requesting heart-filled action towards a better life from all she works with, to spearhead the Movement that is StarWater.

Phoenix is a seasoned sound designer and performer, as well as an experienced event coordinator and community leader. He first joined StarWater as a musician, soon revealing his hidden Barista Super Powers. This resulted in being hired to work Arise Music Festival 2014 as a Barista at the StarBar. This evolved to his holding the Stage Manager role for our StarWater Stage @ Arise Music Festival . Over the years, Phoenix's focus has remained with his musical performance project, Totem. You will see this wizard holding all types of support and management in regards to our stages.
JESSICA JOY DISPOTO
COSMIC ENERGY COORDINATOR / Assistant On-site Manager
Jessica has been a part of the StarWater team since 2012, her first event with us being held on Dec. 21, 2012. Through many twists and turns Jessica's energy has held our eclectic ship together, through organization in the physical and organization etherically. Jessica holds the role of On-Site Assistant Manager for StarWater at Arise, and has been known to carry out just about every task necessary to keep our Mission Moving. Her fast-paced mind has inspired many around her to step up their game and step into their true strength. We are honored to have Jess as a part of our team.

Justin joined the StarWater Team in 2016 and has raised the bar for Crew Hospitality. Festival Chef is a business that is modeled to serve artists and volunteers at music and art festivals. He comes from Minnesota, getting his event start with the Wookiefoot Community and Shangri-la Festival. The year Justin will be joining us at Tribal Vision and Arise Music Festival, serving 3 healthy and love-filled meals each day, helping our Crew maintain Full Presence during the Production Experience!

Jessica Rose Borth is a skilled violinist, administrative director, and production enthusiast. She has been serving our BackStage and VIP zones for many years, bringing thought and care to our valued artists and Collective Members. Jessica's presence to detail and clear communication is inspiring to the entire Crew. Along with serving her community in these ways, Jessica is the violinist for the band Spectacle.

Samuel John Morrell aka Corporal B.T. (Beyond Thought) is a burner first and foremost. He also finds refuge and empowerment in the realms of StarWater. He is an painter, illustrator, and sculptor with a strong eye for graphics. These specific skills have been vital in Sam’s work to empower our mission of creativity. Sam works with StarWater in symbiotic relation, sharing his artistic visions to beautify and evolve StarWater. As a Witch Doctor, part of Sam’s continual involvement with our team is that of being a believer in other realms, forces beyond human. Sam upholds an acknowledgement for the Spirit Realms and calls forth a presence of reverence to all spectrums of the non-physical. We appreciate the magick Sam brings to our Circle!

With a passion for making a difference, Sierra has provided ongoing marketing and development consulting for a wide variety of organizations, including the University of Colorado Environmental Center, Global Greengrants Fund, Restorative Leadership Institute, Un Mundo, Midwife International and Birth Institute, among others. In addition to designing high-impact content for social ventures, Sierra provides wellness services and herbal remedies via her company, Vibrant Souls. Vibrant Souls brings ancient wisdom for women's wellness to the moderns world, and offers doula services, placenta encapsulation, belly henna and birth photography to the Boulder community.
SOUND ENGINEER/ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER
David DeVine (Davi-D) holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Naropa University, where he focused on music, art, and Buddhism. He is an accomplished drummer, having been featured on seven recorded albums, and a professional DJ who actively plays popular venues and private events. Using diverse musical genres, David translates his conceptual ideas into rhythmic visions as a solo-producer. In addition to continuing to develop his artistry, David currently works as Media Manager at Naropa University. Previously, he worked as a production assistant for the Naropa Performing Arts Center as well as for numerous television networks, including MTV, VH1, CBS, Speed Channel, and FOX, and has served as an assistant audio engineer at Immersive Studios.
Performance Art Director
By day Gala teaches mathematics and works as a freelance model. By night, she dances. She picked up the hula hoop a few years ago in Chicago and thus began her ascent into the magical world of the circus arts. Traditionally trained in ballet from a young age Gala hoops, plays with fire, flags in UV and regular light, and does aerial dance. She began her aerial training in 2009 at Aloft Loft in Chicago under Emily Knoblauch and then continued in Boulder Colorado at Aircat Aerial Arts and Frequent Flyers Productions. She attended Aircat's inaugural Aerial Fabric Teacher Training in 2013 and opened her own roaming studio in 2014-Angelic Acrobatic Arts. Gala started teaching at Vertical Fusion in Longmont and has since taught lessons in and around Boulder. She performs with the Starwater Collective and also lends her talents to Fractal Tribe, the innovative Boulder Circus Arts Collective and can be seen inspiring others all over the Front Range.
